About us
Mission
Eat Spain up! is a cultural initiative that seeks to bring Spanish food culture closer to the rest of the world.
A joint initiative of two non-profit associations: the cultural association El Ojo Anónimo (ACEOA) and the Federation of Chefs and Patissiers of Spain (Facyre), the project is supported by a network of Spanish and local partners in the fields of food, culture, tourism and commerce.
We work hard to create a fun and participatory event each year where the local audience can experience Spain’s rich food heritage: discover its foods, its culinary traditions and its gastronomic creativity.
We are happy to count with the financial support of the General Secretariat for Culture of the Ministry to Education, Culture and Sports of Spain as well as a number of other Spanish and local institutions and businesses.
